She is the founder and owner of Sampurna Strategies. She is Management Graduate from Lucknow University and had her schooling from La Martiniere Girls’ School Lucknow. She started her career with Standard Chartered Bank in the Assets division and has had rich experience in handling teams and business expansion strategies. Her last organization was Star Union Dai Ichi Life Insurance where she won several awards for excellent performance. Her total work experience in the corporate sector is 13 years and 8 years of consulting exposure as Senior Consultant Human Resource Management with Sampurna Strategies. She has successfully introduced and implemented HR department for her clients in the MSME sector which facilitated in the smooth functioning of the organization. Her expertise in HR includes areas like labour laws, performance management, recruitment and selection, HR data analysis, attrition control, morale and motivation management, knowledge management as well as general administration etc.
