Ms. Shivhare started her Career with ITC welcome Group as Guest Relation Executive and worked there for two years where she trained IHM and Tourism trainees and build future managers for operations and Hospitality. She ventured into Banking and worked with Standard Chartered, HDFC and ICICI for more than eight years and hold the position of Retail Branch Head. She was extensively involved in training both new entrants and experienced professionals for selling and behavioral skills. She moved on to work with SGI (Sharda Group of Institutions) to train the Engineering and MBA students for clearing placements. She was promoted as the Head of Department for training and development, Anand Engineering College and Hindustan College, SGI and mentored more than twenty trainers under her. She was one of the founding member of “Industry Interface Cell” under Sharda Group to collaborate with esteem organization to address their L&D need. She has trained more than 4500 people across various industries so far in Behavioral Skills, Soft Skills, Communication Skills and Selling Skills. She has received Awards like The Best Performer, Product Trainer and Excellence in Insurance Sales in ICICI Direct. For People Management and Top Performer in Sharda Group.
