S.K.Ghosh

Mr Ghosh is a Mechanical Engineer from Bengal engineering and science university, Shibpur and PG diploma in statistical quality control and operations from Indian Statistical Institute. He started his career from Indian Statistical Institute as a specialist fellow, and later on worked with Bajaj Auto Ltd, LML Ltd and rose to became the plant head with Laxmi Precision Screws Ltd. His total exposure is more than 3 decades

He is an Expert in the following areas:

1. An expert in teaching and implementing Lean, Six sigma (IASSC certified Black Belt), 5S and Kaizen methodologies as per Industry and client specific needs.
2. Training and implementation of advanced Quality tools like SPC, DOE, QFD, SIPOC, SMED.
3. Establishing ISO 9000/IATF standard in a fasteners company.
4. Implementing 5S in a small scale industry in Bahadurgarh.
5. Design for Six sigma Green belt certified from Textron, USA.
6. ISO 9000 Lead Auditor certified from OMNEX International.
