K.D’Souza has 40+ years of experience in product launches, distribution and channel management and marketing strategy, and has acquired a deep practical understanding of building organizations from scratch and scaling to all India level.
He also has worked in at various functions with large Japanese MNC at Asia-Pacific Regional level and has a deep understanding of these organizations and their systems. Holding B.Tech. Hons. and MBA degrees from IIT Delhi and IIM Calcutta, and with an accumulated experience in designing and implementing Product Launches and Entry Strategies in Indian markets, he is able to not only introduce overseas companies in India but also scale them up to profit.
He also has a wide network of contacts within Japanese industry. He has spent his career with IPCL and Reliance Industries, YKK Inc. (Japan) and Tanita Corp. (Japan). Most of his assignments were in Groups at the formative stages of their Indian operations.
